Midori Acquires San Francisco-Based Company Healthiest Inc.

Montreal, Quebec and San Francisco, California (12/01/2021) – Midori is proud to announce the acquisition of San Francisco-based healthy shopping solution, Healthiest. Healthiest is both the largest data collection of “good for you and good for the planet” products on Amazon on the market and a browser extension solution.

The two companies share a mission to help consumers easily find safe and healthy products, making the acquisition a perfect fit.

With the addition of the Healthiest community, Midori continues to expand their footprint beyond personal care products and into natural products categories including groceries, pets, and baby. The Healthiest brand has transitioned their database and ecommerce operations to Midori as of December 1st 2021. Terms of this acquisition will not be disclosed.
